I find this software from GAOTD . And I am wondering why GAOTD will introduce this software to subscribers ? Unlike most of Commercial Softwares GAOTD gave away before . This little tool may be too common for you now . But since it is free of use for you now , and I think it a way to optimize your PC working and make you more efficient .

As for me , I use some familiar tools before , especially when I was playing Warcraft III . I can use it to change keyboard mapping and improve my performance ;p
