Here , I ‘ll tell you how to use it for both Firefox and IE .

For IE:

Go to Tools –> Internet Option

and then , as shown below ,

Link–>LAN Setting –>then new window appear ,so enter your ip and port there , click “Confirm”

For Firefox:

Goto Tools –> Option

and then Advanced –>  Network –>Then enter your ip and port ! click “Confirm”
